Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (approx.35sqm) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a potter's workshop. You are totally alone here and you can not see the terrace area either from the place or from the surrounding path. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

Wellanidia Cottage was built with a lot of love for detail....a German carpenter (interior designer) and a German locksmith were at work here;) It was built entirely of field stones and provided with stone floors.
