Thank you very much Anita for the great apartment and being a fantastic host.
I stayed in Anita's apartment for 3 days and our stay was absolutely fantastic. Everything was provided for us and the house was very clean and roomy comparing to typical houses you can find in San Francisco. The parking garage was a huge plus considering the difficulty of finding parking spaces in San Fran.
The neighborhood was very convenient as it was very very close to West Portal muni station (a 2-minute walk from the house) and had a wide variety of restaurants and groceries to choose from.
Even though I didn't get to see Anita in person due to her being at work on our arrival, she welcomed us very warmly and was very prompt in responding to all my requests and questions. She made sure that we checked in and stayed in her house without any difficulty. She was very nice to let us check in earlier on the day of our arrival, and was in contact with us to make sure that everything was alright. She even did try to meet us before our check out, but we had to leave very early in the morning. All in all a fantastic host.
Overall, I really recommend Anita's apartment to everyone who wants to have a comfortable stay in San Fran, and her place would definitely be my first choice on my future trips.
Btw, thanks again for the brownies Anita, they were really delicious:-)
Anita's place is really warm and the location is pretty convenient. Definitely will stay at her house next time we visit San Francisco.
Roomy-Anita made sure we got in ok. The whole place is clean and we had everything we needed.
We were absolutely delighted with the apartment in San Francisco. Anita was there to greet us and showed us around. There were 4 of us so needed an extra bed, which was provided (air bed) and comfortable also. Everything was so clean and her love for animals and wildlife was the same as ours. We would have loved to have spent more time here. We found the best bar ever 1 minute walk down the hill in same street on right, called Philosophers club. Deb, the host was sensational. Next door to that was the bulls head restaurant with yummmmy meals. Another 30 seconds on was the train into the city. We could not get a better location. I wish we were still there. Thanks for having us Anita.
Anita was so nice to meet us. She welcomed us in, explained everything then she left. She responded the text messages immediately and was so nice to bring mixer immediately so that I could make pancakes for the kids the very next morning.
We had great time during our stay. On our first days we did not rent a car as the public transportation is so close. With two kids we had no problems.
The house is extremely relaxing. Anita is supper sweet to talk to and I couldn't be happier. Everything is in order and the house is super clean. I recommend it. I will be back soon:)
We had a great time in SF and using Anita's place as a base for my family of 5 was great. We use our own car to go around and having our own garage was really helpful. The house is located at a quiet and nice neighborhood with quick access to highways and few minutes away from the city's landmarks. The house is well equipped to make it your home while in SF; it is spacious (we were 5), comfortable and clean. Anita's post-it notes everywhere will walk you through everything you need to know , from recycling rules to places to shop for groceries. To be welcomed with a delicious chocolate cake and toys for our kids was really a nice touch from a caring person.

About the Host, Anita
Hi. I have been hosting for several years now and have really loved meeting new people from all different parts of the world. By trade, I screen school children for vision problems. I enjoy creating wildlife friendly native gardens (my passion), spending time with my beau and/or friends, taking wild-flower walks, hiking in the Marin Headlands and Mount Diablo, and trying out new restaurants in SF (love Sushi!). Other than that, you will find me enjoying striving to be the "hostess with the mostest"!.....
