Converted from a former seafood processing facility into a one-of-a-kind Cajun experience for your family on the Atchafalaya River in the historic Atchafalaya River Basin. Fish, shrimp, & crab from the shared dock on the property, view breathtaking sunsets nightly, enjoy the shared fire pit & make lifetime memories with loved ones! "Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!" The space
NOTE: The Gas Grill has been replaced with a Brand New one and the grilling area is now set up UNDER THE HOUSE, not on the balcony as shown on the photos. There is a cubby made of cinder blocks for the grill to sit in, a drip mat underneath, and two tables for prep.

Please be informed that Guests are NOT allowed to relocate the grill (or any other major appliances or furniture for that matter) to ANY other location during their stay.

[Yes, a recent guest removed the new gas grill from the grilling area we set up under the house, dragged the grill up the stairs, through the house, and onto the balcony - without permission - and then back again. (It can damage the grill, damage the house, or cause serious injury to you tumbling down the stairs or lifting/carrying it.) If you do this, you will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund.]

Other things to note
For stays any longer than 14 days, an additional cleaning service will be required during your stay. This will be scheduled conveniently with the guest upon checkin. Cleaning service is also offered to any guests that would like to schedule it during shorter stays. It sure is nice to come back to a freshly cleaned home, clean kitchen and bathrooms, with fresh towels and fresh sheets on the beds! Please message me with any questions you have.
