We're sorry you had trouble with the locks. We have not had this before. The management agency's response was the main door is a bit sticky as when it rains, as it swells. The hinges were tightened, but there's nothing wrong with any locks and it didn't rain while you were there. You didn't tell us anything was wrong during the weeklong stay. Instead we heard from the people downstairs your last day that they saw you bust through the upstairs door. We simply emailed to ask you what happened. I'm sorry if that seemed rude but we felt we should ask. However, your repose to us was, "Its their word against ours, whatever." Perhaps leaving a bit more time to make it to the airport would help. Not meant to be rude, just an observation.
There is no key to the fire escape. It's steep and meant as a means of egress not everyday use. The car parking is already at the backyard.
