Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft. The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,blue tooth sound system. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.

Some traffic ( 8-9 am..5-6 pm)Ussually peace and quiet after 8pm,neighbors are separated with fence and tree lines. Grocery store with in 1 mile closes at 9 pm during summer months. Safeway grocery store open till midnight with in 2.5 miles, fred Meyers with in 3.5 miles ( a great place to shop). Excellent accessable fishing for lower kenai river ( centineal park, poachers cove -south side).

We are a married couple who love travelling when we can and especially enjoy it when we are helped by locals who give us tips and secrets and directions about their specific area. Therefore we wish to provide the same to those who are visiting the great state of Alaska, which is a truly special place to visit during the long summer daylight hours. We especially enjoy giving out advice about special sites with in reasonable driving times or great hikes, fishing hot spots and so forth. I have personally worked and lived through out the State so I can give advice on many tourist destinations, even the South East, Haines and Skagway towns. We recommend asking ahead of time so plans can be made. I also will try to do research as well, so please tell us what your looking for. Happy guest makes us happy.

Also basics for cooking fish,corn meal,pancake mix ,flour and cooking oil plus some other basic cooking needs provided. And when checking out please leave the door unlocked and leave the keys inside the cabin.. Thank you..
