The house is equipped with Rinnai hot water heater so you will never run out of hot water! New quality linens, BEACH TOWELS, paper goods,soaps, toiletries,coffee, spices,beach chairs, floats,beach umbrella,cooler. Sleeps 4.

Neighborhood highlights

This is a small community. Many families have owned houses here for generations. It is very safe and friendly. The beaches are never crowded and are often deserted. It is unusual to be able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the same beach. You will feel like staying in the neighborhood so it is convenient that there are two restaurants on the street within walking distance. Once you come you will feel right at home. I love this area because of the local Italian food, and the beach! Yale University,Wooster Street's little Italy is 5 minutes away with the best pizza in the country! The location is central for New England sightseeing. A short trip from the big metropolitan areas of New York, Boston using either i-95 or the Shore Line Train. Short trip to Vermont, The Berkshires,Block Island. Trolley ride through salt marsh,Old New England Towns,Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos,shops, antiquing, historical landmarks ,Museums, factory outlets,Mystic Aquarium,Yale University, Long Wharf, Shubert,Palace, Goodspeed Opera House Theaters and easy access from i-95 and i91 If you did want to leave the beach there is plenty to do!
