About This Listing
A small house in a lively neighborhood near to A subway (4 bus stops or 10 minutes by feet). Termini and Tiburtina stations are both very close (10 minutes by bus). The red sofa bed is for two people. Renovated last autumn it's a small but comfortable space. There is a balcony too. It's very bright. No air conditioned. No television. Free wi-fi.
Tor Pignattara is multihetnic neighbourhood, full of shops, you can go by feet to buy anything you need.
Near there is a public garden.
I hope guests treat my house with respect and that they are clean and tidy
Thanks Benedetta for welcoming us ! This flat is really nice and there's everything you need inside. I love the balcony view on the roof tops !
The location is lovely, the real Roma life, a mix of cultures just downstairs. There's many shops where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits, pasta, meat, cheese and cook yourself nice italian plates.
The access to the city center is easy with the express bus N°50. It's easy to take the tramway or the metro too.
Roma is one of my favorite city now ! On this hot week we walked all around the old center, found nice restaurants, Ice creams.... The Lido beach is easy to access by train...Italian people are really nice !
The apartment is great, it is exactly the same as in photos presented on the site. Kitchen was awesome and all the needed utensils, pots, pans were included. We felt like at home.
Location is well connected with public transportation to all major attractions in the city, and the area is well populated with supermarkets and grocery stores which is very convenient.
We had a great time in Rome, and would definately consider Benedetta's apartment again if we decide to visit Rome once more.
Also, beim nächsten Rombesuch auf jeden Fall wieder Benedetta.
We spent 10 days at the apartment and were able to enjoy everything Rome has to offer in a very affordable way. The Apartment is small but was very workable. It was clean and the fit out is fresh and new. Wifi and washing machine were great. Some great eating places in the area and transport was initially complicated but we worked it out. While we did not meet Bernadetta, we met her boyfriend Erivan and he was very friendly and helpful. We locked the keys in the apartment one day and he was understanding and helpful in sorting things out for us :) Thanks Erivan and Bernadetta!
We spent a 11-days vacations in Rome and stayed in Benedetta's Tor Pignattara apartment. The flat is very beautiful and cozy, there's everything that was necesary: wi-fi, fridge, washing mashine and very nice bath room. But the tap water wasn't very tasty so we prefer to buy water in bottles and then boil it in a pan (there wasn't an electric pot). The district is not close to the city center, you have to take a bus and a metro to reach city center (it's about 40 minutes - one hour from the Tor Pignattara). Also all big shops are situated near metro and in city center. Despite that, many thanks to Benedetta, it was a perfect vacations !
We had a wonderful stay at Benedetta's apartment! She welcomed us and showed us around upon arrival.
In the neighborhood you will find people from all over the world. We are so glad that we stayed there, because it was very interesting and the people were super nice and always helpful! Moreover we would not have experienced this area of Rome if we hadn't slept there! The apartment is clean, bright and calm. You will finde everything you need from towels and sheets to dishes! We thank you for your hospitality, Benedetta! We will sure stay in your apartment again if we will return to Rome!
The flat looks just like in the photos, it's nice and well equipped. It is pretty clean, but we had a problem with ants and couldn't fight them. The shower didn't work exactly as it should, but it wasn't a big fuss. There's no airconditioning and in summer it's quite bad, sometimes it's hard to sleep at night because of the high temperature. During our stay the wifi worked without compilcations, which was really important for us. The biggest disadvantage is the LOCATION. The apartment is really far from the city center. It took us about an hour to get to the main attractions. To Termini station it takes about half an hour by bus, or 2 trams. The neigbourhood isn't very friendly, while arriving late at night we didn't feel comfortable. Benedetta's boyfriend welcomed us, showed the flat and answered all our questions. They're both very nice.
