Parking is 2 options: a Green P paid parking lot one block away, or purchase an on street permit from the City of Toronto. Public transit is a subway station one block away.
Fantastic boutique/organic grocery store a couple of blocks away, with national grocery chain store open 24 hours nearby. Liquor store one block away. Restaurants including Japanese, Korean, Mexican, Chinese, Middle Eastern, Indian, Continental; a huge park with pool and playgrounds, banks, boutiques. All the Museums, galleries, theatres and best shopping areas that Toronto has to offer are just a relaxed walk or a few subway stops away.
Plenty of shops, cafes and entertainment venues just far enough away to be easily be accessible, but leave the neighbourhood extremely quiet. Christie Pits Park is 2 blocks away with a free public pool and lots of area for joggers.

The apartment is completely separate. Your host lives upstairs and is usually on site to assist with directions and recommendations, but will definitely not intervene with your private stay.
The quiet residential street is perfectly positioned to provide privacy and tranquility, but is very adjacent to buzz of Bloor Street and the close by subway station that can take you to any area of Toronto, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Nearby is a huge park with public swimming pool, ice hockey rinks, baseball and just lazing around areas. Non chain coffee shops and gourmet grocery stores are an easy stroll away.
Toronto is proud of the public transit system which operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Day passes are the most economical purchase to explore all the places you want to explore in the city. Parking passes can be obtained online from the City of Toronto of you wish to park your car on our street, however a pay parking lot is just around the corner for short parking times
Other Things to Note
No unregistered over night guest allowed, no pets, no partying, no smoking.
Evidence of smoking in the unit will result in immediate eviction with no return of prepaid amounts.
House and neighbourhood are very quiet, expect visitors to blend in. No smoking in side the unit. All guest MUST be registered and verified by AirBnB. AirBnB does NOT allow third party bookings.
