I'm really sorry that the experience was disappointed for you. As I didn't see you when you arrived, I wish I could've explain you more about the house. Heaters are equipped in each bedrooms and common room. If you are talking about stairs and bathroom, no there is no heater, sorry, but that's how most of Japanese houses are. Also, you said the bathroom was dirty. If you don't mind, would you tell me where exactly you felt it? Floor, wall, shower area? So I can may be improve things! Thanks for your help!
