A-frame cabin nestled in the mountains of Oakhurst, a perfect home base 6 mile from Bass Lake (9 minutes), 13 miles to the Yosemite National Park South Entrance (20 minutes) and 4 miles to the heart of town (5 minutes).

This iconic A-frame style cabin alongside a year-round running creek is reminiscent of the mountains and pine trees of the Sierras. With the high peaked ceiling and expansive glass windows, you can truly appreciate the serenity of the outdoors.

Immerse yourselves with the beauty of your natural surroundings while staying in this newly renovated, cozy, and clean home.

Modern interior design with all the modern amenities for your luxury getaway in the woods. Well-appointed kitchen with new appliances and all the cookware, serving ware, and basic spices to prepare an incredible meal. We have a 12-cup automatic drip coffee maker and a coffee grinder for your convenience. Enjoy your morning cup on the deck and take in the soothing sounds of the steady flowing water from the stream. If you are in the Barbecuing mood, a propane grill is available for you to use on the deck - we provide the propane. Ample outdoor seating is available so you can savor your meals outdoors if you choose.

Cozy up and warm your toes during the winter months with the wood-burning stove in the open concept living room. (wood is not provided)

“Smart TVs” inside and on the deck, ready for streaming through Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Hulu, and GooglePlay - be prepared to sign in with your own accounts. We can provide you with a Netflix username and password if you don’t have your own account.

Gaming system with hundreds of built-in classic games, board games, and cards are also available for your entertainment.

You will love to get ready in one of the contemporary designed bathrooms, each stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap and blow dryers.

Enjoy the soothing creek in the backyard with a graveled trail from the house for easy access.

We are happy to provide pet-friendly accommodations for house-trained dogs. We charge a flat $100 per dog fee for the entire stay. Please let us know if you want to bring along your furry friends and we will provide you with more information.

Guest access
Self check in by using our electronic keyless entry system. You will be provided an access code, which will expire after your check out time. As a backup, a lockbox code can be provided to unlock with a physical key.

There is ample parking on the driveway for up to four cars.

Other things to note
We are happy to accommodate your pets! Our standard pet fee applies to up to two dogs (1-2). If you have more than two dogs, we can consider it on a case-by-case basis, with an additional fee.

Please Note (New County Rule):
Per updated Madera County regulations, quiet hours are now strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any noise violations reported during this time may result in a $1,000 fine.

We have two fantastic children together and an energetic dog. We enjoy traveling and immersing ourselves in different cultures to gain a wider awareness of our world.
