The main entrance is on Mount Vernon Place NW, between 7th Street NW and 9th Street NW, in front of the Historical Society of Washington DC museum. Registered conventioneers can use the entrances near the 7th and M Streets Metro station escalator or at the center of the 9th and L Streets underpass.

Tony is an excellent host, very accommodating, and operates very efficiently. The place is lovely and kept impeccably well and visitors can rest assured that if they're looking for an accommodation in DC, that everything you need in a comfortable stay is definitely here.

Host has his system down to every detail. Very responsive with text and email on same day of arrival. Adjusted to very late arrival (was actually watching out for me as I arrived late night). The house is very clean and tidy. WiFi worked well.
Tony's place is in a great location, just a few blocks from the convention center. His home was immaculately clean, and as a host, he ensured I had everything I needed. I would consider staying with Tony again for future business trips to DC.
This was my first experience with Airbnb. I hope they are all this good! Tony is a very welcoming host, who wanted to be sure all was going well with my Airbnb. He communicated clearly, met me right on time, and had the place all set up when I arrived. He interacted with me in a great manner -- not standoffish at all, but not getting into my business in an overly personal way. Just what I was looking for in a host. The place was very well located for the five-day meeting I had at the Washington Convention Center, just a couple blocks away. Tony's place is a short walk for a several fine restaurants as well as some inexpensive funky places. It's a short walk from Chinatown as well.
I spent three nights on the fold-out couch, which was surprisingly comfortable. For me it was fine, as I was out of the place from 7:30 in the morning until at least 9:00 at night every day. If I wanted to spend more time of the day there, it might have lacked a little privacy. Tony kept out of the way when I was working there for an hour one day.
I spent the final night in the private room, which had a very comfortable bed, and a small desk. The desk would have needed better lighting for doing work at, but I bet Tony has a light he'd put in there.
All in all, a great place. Yeah, there are a bunch of amusingly detailed rules, but they all make sense, and keep the place looking great. Highly recommended!
