We didn't get to meet Philippe but his communication was great, answered every question quickly, he was very accommodating. There is some construction happening, everyday at 9am but with some earplugs you'll be fine. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood, we felt safe and it was a short walk to the metro and grocery store and bakery. The apartment itself is very nice. Located on the third floor (no elevator but this is typical of Parisian apartment). It was very clean and cute. Windows opening, Juliet style balcony. Kitchen was simple and small but there was everything we needed to cook breakfast. The wifi works well once you get it, but it can be a bit complex, best way is to get the wifi password from him so you can then copy and paste it into your phone because manually implementing won't work. The bedroom is cute and has a closet and he's dedicated some space for your clothes which was nice to hang up the clothes. The bathroom is small but efficient, don't take too long of a shower because you'll run out of hot water which was funny, but understandable because it's an older building but don't let that discourage you, I like to take long showers. Overall great apartment, very cute, very clean, very spacious. The fact that there is two rooms and it's not a Bachelor/studio apartment is fantastic, it's a great price!
