• The dock is for swimming and lounging only. Guests may not park, tie up, or attach any type of watercraft (boats, jet skis, etc.) to the swim dock at any time. The property is located on the main channel where water conditions can be rough, which can easily cause damage to both the dock and watercraft.
• Trailer parking is not allowed on the property at any time, under any circumstances.
• Just a short walk away, Surdyke’s Port 20 Marina offers gas, supplies, slip rentals, and launching. If you're planning to explore the lake, Surdyke Boat Rental is nearby and provides easy access to pontoons, jet skis, and more.

🔴 House Rules & Event Policy Update
• No parties or events of any kind are allowed without prior written approval and an additional event deposit.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly monitored and enforced by neighbors, HOA, and local law enforcement.
• Guests are responsible for any and all fines incurred during their stay that result from violations associated with their reservation.
🚗 Parking Note:🚗
Parking for approximately 6-8 vehicles is available in the driveway. Guests may NOT park anywhere outside the bounds of the driveway of the home, neighbors can and will call for a tow. Also please note that the garage is not available for guest parking it is now a game room.
🛠 Professional Care🛠
Our villa is professionally maintained. Groundskeeping & pest-control teams may be on-site during the day to keep the property pristine. We’re always available via text if you need anything.
🔒 A refundable $500 security deposit is required for all reservations. It will be requested through the Resolution Center after your booking is confirmed and refunded within two days after check-out, provided the home is left in good condition with no damage or excessive cleaning required.
🔔 This deposit is not included in your booking total at checkout, as it is processed separately after booking. It may be used to cover damage or additional cleaning if needed.
Other things to note
*Due to insurance requirements, the fireplaces in the home are not available for guests to use.
*Due to insurance requirements, we have disconnected the jacuzzi bathtub jets in the master bathroom. The tub works just fine, the jets are simply turned off.
