On the 3rd floor, there is a trendy studio 57m2 in the heart of Rotterdam. The complex is only 3 years old and looks well maintained. All hotspots are within walking distance. Public transportation for tram, bus, water taxi and metro are also within walking distance. In the neighborhood, you will find many restaurants, caterers, an AH, museums. On the 5th floor, you can use the general roof terrace. Enjoy the view in a relaxed way after a day of shopping.

The space
I've cleared a closet in the hallway where you can put your clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven/microwave, grill plate, induction and Dulco Gusto coffee maker). I have an extra folding bed, so a maximum of 3 people can stay in the studio.

If I don't have time to check you in, you can get the key through the bringmebox. I'll give you a code. With 1 key, you can enter the building and the studio.
Parking, Under the building there is a parking garage for €10 per half day or €20 for 24 hours.
It is also possible to park for free outside from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. at the following streets (zone 120) Parklaan, Koningin Emmaplein, Westzeedijk. 3-7 min walk from the apartment.
