Modern, beautifully appointed 3 bedroom/2 bath luxury townhouse. Located in the Bayside Cove community, a prime Mission Beach spot.You are steps away from the Beach and Bay boardwalks. Kitchen offers high end appliances/kitchen ware and is fully equipped to show off your culinary skills. Weber grill on the patio. Two tranquil balcony/patio area for your outdoor enjoyment. Small garage/1 car. A variety of restaurants, bars and attractions within walking distance. Portable AC and fans only.

The space
Entry and garage on 1st floor. Small one car garage.
Private Queen bedroom on 2nd floor.
Main living area on 3rd floor includes living room with 65” TV, dining area, kitchen, breakfast bar.
Patio equipped with BBQ grill, small table for 2, outdoor sofa seats 3, decorative overhead lights.
Primary King bedroom with bathroom, 55” TV, and additional balcony, Queen bedroom, hallway bathroom. Washer&dryer also on upper floor
28 interior stairs.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole townhouse. Guests also have access to the complex park with picnic areas.

Other things to note
Our Townhouse is 3 stories with 28 STAIRS. See photos.
1st floor- Front door entrance/Garage. 2nd floor-1 bedroom.
3rd floor-Living/dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, 3rd bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and 2 decks.

The AC units do not work. Please do not turn them on. They will leak and cause water damage.

One parking space available inside the garage. It is TIGHT to pull into garage. Large SUVs/trucks will not fit. Owners vehicle is parked in garage.

Early check-in requests must be approved prior to your stay. Only allowed after 12pm and a charge of $35 per hour must be paid prior to arrival.

If guest count exceeds 6, you will be asked to leave without refund.
Must be 25 years or over to book

We have you covered on your beach days - 6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, beach bags, beach umbrella, sun tent, boogie boards, youth life vests, ice cooler on wheels and beach wagon.

One set of Golf Clubs available

We are conveniently located in the heart of South Mission Beach where you can find endless water activities. Shopping and dining on the main street Mission Blvd is a 1/2 block away. Hit the Ocean to Boogie board, swim, surf or relax on the beautiful sandy beaches. On the Mission Bay side you can find a quieter more Zen vibe. Water rental shops nearby if you care to jet ski, wakeboard, paddle board, kayaking and boating
