Mareliusbua is a cosy "rorbu"/ seacabin located by the sea in Straume, Bø i Vesterålen. Modernized kitchen and bathroom. Great mountains and hiking opportunities, discover the northern lights and watch the fishermen just by the cabin.

There is one single bed in the first floor, and a loft with three beds. In the livingroom you find a sofa bed. The stairs are quite steep and not suitable for elderly or those with disabilities.

The space
This is a unique place with a lot of history. The cabins were previously owned by fishermen and much of the original is well preserved. There is still active fishing in the area to this day.
The nature in Vesterålen is absolutely fantastic. Right behind the cabin you can follow a beautiful coastal path or walk up to Nattmålstinden. Several eagles nest on the nearby peaks.
A stay with us is a good starting point for experiencing everything Vesterålen has to offer.
