Location, location, location! This main level duplex unit is conveniently situated just minutes from downtown Saint Paul and everything it has to offer! Take in a concert or hockey game at the Xcel Energy Center, attend an event at the RiverCentre, or dine at one of the trendy restaurants on St. Peter Street! You're less than 2 miles away! This lovely home is also less than 10 minutes from Children's, Regions, and United Hospitals, and about 15 minutes from MSP Airport and Mall of America!

The home has been tastefully decorated to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Mixed with modern wall colors and contemporary decor, you will find charming vintage touches throughout. There is a fully-stocked kitchen in the home so that you can shop locally and prepare meals during your stay if so desired. The spacious bedroom features tall windows that flood the room with natural light and boasts trendy furnishings and decor so that you will feel comfortable and at-home whether you are staying for three nights or three months! The common areas of the home are professionally cleaned twice monthly according to the CDC recommended sanitation guidelines.
