Multiple waterfalls run the length of this home's own 4 acres — not nearby, on the property. The falls are lit after dark, and 38 windows and skylights pull in daylight by day, then frame the stars at night. Handcrafted furniture, leather sofa, deluxe hot tub, 10-speaker Sonos, color-changing lights, two fire pits, mossy creek pathways, flower beds across half the property blooming three seasons a year, and a private mile of trails that climb past a bench at every waterfall. The space
There's a feature wherever you look. Inside, the windows and skylights bring the landscape in from every angle. The garage-door window opens onto a soaring interior atrium, so the entire second floor feels like one open space. The atrium daybed is a great spot to read under a 270-degree view.

Every piece of furniture is hand-carved by the owner. The Sonos system runs 10 speakers through the house, or bring your own sound — acoustic and electric guitars, bass, and amps are on hand.

The deck stretches across multiple seating areas, each with a different view. Get in the hot tub at dusk and watch the boulders and waterfalls light up as the sun drops. Water moves through the whole property, top to bottom — some of the falls will stop you mid-sentence. Sit on the grass, a boulder, or one of the hand-built benches and lose track of time. Hike the trail up and down the property, or sleep outside on the swinging daybed under the transparent patio roof. Pull a cappuccino from the Keurig and take it to the lower deck, right above the falls.

Ample parking at the house. A vehicle is required — the property sits privately just off Pisgah National Forest.

Other things to note
The house runs on high-speed fiber internet with every major streaming service and sports package available. There's no landline, but Wi-Fi calling keeps you connected if you need it.
