Chances are once you arrive you won’t want to leave so spend nothing more on your getaway! Modern home with 38 windows and skylights. Handcrafted live edge furniture, leather sofa, deluxe hot tub, hi-speed wifi, premium cable, 10-speaker Sonos system, color-changing lights, swinging daybed, fire pits and 1/4 mile of cascading waterfalls and a mile of hiking trails and walkways, and they're all private. Plus, free EV charging.

The space
There is literally a prominent feature just about everywhere you look. Inside the house, the windows and skylights bring the landscape to you from every angle. The bedroom garage door window, when open, will give you the appearance of a 1000 sq ft. bedroom! The atrium daybed is a glorious place to read while gazing at a 270 degree view of nature. All the furniture was hand-crafted by the owner from the best selections of wood. The Sonos stereo system packs 10 speakers and you can create your own ambient soundscape. Do you play music? Well leave your instruments at home there are excellent ones here - acoustic and electric guitars, bass and amps. The deck square footage goes on forever so relax in multiple areas for a different experience every time. Get into the hot tub at dusk and watch the boulders and waterfalls all around you light up when the sun goes down. Water is flowing everywhere from the top of the property to the bottom. Some of the waterfalls will leave you breathless. Take a seat on the grass a boulder, or any of the multitude of hand crafted benches that adorn the property and lose yourself for hours on end. Hike up and down the property. Sleep outside under the transparent patio roof on a super-comfortable swinging day bed, or sit for a while on the swinging bench. Enjoy meals and/or drinks, including cappuccinos or lattes from our deluxe Keurig, directly above the falls on the lower deck. You may never want to leave!

There is ample parking at the house. Transportation is required as the house is situated privately within stones throw of Pisgah National Forest.

Other things to note
The house has been equipped with high-speed fiber optic cable and now has veritably every last TV channel on the planet to choose from, including every streaming service and sports package. There are no landline phones at your disposal, but fear not, as Wifi calling ensures that you can maintain a strong connection to the outside world.
