The space
the PRCH is an amazing combination of unique, warm, colorful and imaginative furnishings, decor and art. There are special spaces throughout the house like the cozy landing overlooking the living room perfect for intimate conversations, reading or watching the abundant nature out the floor to ceiling windows. The large covered outdoor deck gets a nice breeze and has a comfy sofa for relaxing. There is also a Big Green Egg grill for cooking out. ADDED OCTOBER 2022: Finnish Sauna. Constructed of Canadian Red Cedar and featuring a Huum Drop 9kw heater with wi-fi control. Seats 4.

the PRCH is located in St. Augustine South (SAS), a mature subdivision located 4 miles south of the heart of downtown St. Augustine, the Nation's Oldest City. SAS is bounded on two sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) on the East and Moultrie Creek on the South. PRCH resides 100 meters from the 10 meter high bluffs of Moultrie Creek, a tidal creek of brackish water that is a prime fishing and paddle sports spot. A boat ramp, fishing dock/pier and boardwalk are located 100 meters from the house. Dolphin and Manatee are easily spotted along with many bird species including Roseate Spoonbill, Blue Heron, Bald Eagle, Red Shouldered Hawk, Barred Owl and Osprey. Armadillo, Opossum and Grey Squirrel are plentiful and fun to watch. Shore Drive is a lightly trafficked road that borders the creek/icw and is wonderful for bike rides.
