Big room, double bed or two single beds, with good bedding. It has air conditioning and a private bathroom in sand colored tadelakt with shower.
It is located on the first floor and opens onto the gallery. The Riad is 15min away from the main square.

The space

The serenity of the place offers a striking contrast with the agitation of the medina. This harmonious and friendly Riad is organised around a luminous courtyard and the freshness of the pool. The decoration in sober colours and oriental touches make returning to his haven of peace, a happy moment.

Guest access

The Riad is equipped with Wi-Fi Internet connection and the common lounge room has a TV with DVD player. You will have access to all facilities such as sun loungers at the rooftop terrace, interior and exterior lounge and dining rooms. Coffee and tea are for free during the whole stay.

Interaction with guests

We love a warm and personalized welcome with enough time to inform you of the functioning of the Riad and the possibility of asking us all the questions you may have.
We are also present in the morning and end of the afternoon to find our guests and address their questions and requests. There is a staff member on site 24h/24h.

Other things to note

You can enjoy the lavishness of a massage from our masseuse at the treatment room and taste the traditional Moroccan cuisine with a homemade meal.
We also offer the possibility of booking or organising excursions and city tours as well as events for your celebrations.

Wireless Internet

House Rules

Smoking allowed in the patio and terrasse only.
If you enter late (after 10pm), please, respect the neighbours and other guests right to quietness.

We had the most amazing stay at Riad Asna, we were picked up from the airport and welcomed by Véroniques friend Lamy who was the most fantastic host we could have asked for. She was so friendly, very kind and gave us brilliant advice all throughout our 8 day trip on how to make the most of Marrakesh. I will certainly come back to Riad Asna: rooftop breakfast every morning, three lovely tortoises on the rooftop balcony and a refreshing plunge pool surrounded by thick walls that let you disappear from the madness of the city.

Our stay at Veronique's ASNA RIAD was just perect! It is very well located right between the Jemaa el-Fna place and the new city, in a perfect street for anyone who wants to feel the real Marrakech life (very living street with no tourist). The room was perfect, the service even better and every advice given by Veronique was perfect. Thank you again Veronique, you made our vacations just great!

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Riad was lovely. They arranged a transfer from the airport, which was very useful as the Riad is quite difficult to find. I also went on 2 day trips organised by the Riad. They were both well organised but could have done with having a few more people on. Only down side for me was it wasn't very sociable, but I suppose that is to be expected to an extent. One other thing is that there were lots of guidebooks in French but I didn't see any in English (or any other language). That would have been useful. Overall I would recommend Riad Asna.

We had a pleasant stay at Riad Asna. The room was spacious and the personell was really friendly. Also the breakfast, especially on the roof was very nice. Riad Asna is approx. 15 min walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Make sure you have a good map or several maps. In Marrakech they do not have any street signs and you easily get lost.

This riad is a real haven. After a busy day at the hot, dusty souks, we loved just lazing about on the rooftop terrace, drinking sweet Morrocan tea and enjoying the lingering dusk... I felt like Princess Jasmine! Veronique was a perfect host, with helpful tips/places to go whenever we asked. And a quick introduction to Marrakesh when we arrived. The other staff were extremely attentive! And good food too - we had a very tasty dinner on the first night (try the vegetarian cous cous). Location is good too, just a 10 min walk to the main square. It's hard to find - tucked away down a side street in a little market - but Veronique sent out someone to guide us in. One of my favourite things was the shower. Oh man. But our bathroom didn't have a door, just a curtain. The bed was very comfortable too. I would definitely recommend the riad.
