Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
This charming century- old bungalow is the perfect location to enjoy all that Great Falls has to offer. Centrally located with mature tree lined sidewalks, it is just a short walk to the C.M. Russell Museum and a quick drive to downtown restaurants and bars. The home has been recently renovated to provide modern features while also thoughtfully preserving its original character. There are two well appointed bedrooms with additional sleeping in the living room and one central bathroom.

The space
You enter the home via a bright and airy enclosed front porch that is great for sitting and relaxing as you enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. Once you enter the home you will find many original architectural details including hardwood floors, baseboard trim and picture railings. There is a comfortable couch in the living area and a smart TV to access your favorite streaming options. The updated kitchen is stocked with all the basic necessities and includes a dishwasher. You and your guests can enjoy your meals at the large marble kitchen table or there is bar seating at the oversized kitchen counter.

Each bedroom provides a comfortable queen size bed for sleeping of up to four guests.

There is a front loading washer and dryer available to guests in the unfinished basement.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: This property is not suitable for children due to significant safety concerns, including steep basement stairs, a deck railing without balusters, and ground level bookshelves with glass panes that could be easily broken, causing injury. The home has not been childproofed. Guests choosing to bring children do so at their own discretion and accept responsibility for supervising them at all times. We may request acknowledgment that guests understand and accept these risks prior to arrival.

*Parking is free street parking in the front of the home. As this is a public access road, there may be other vehicles parked on the street as well.
