It is very well located in a quiet street in center of town in just ten minutes you can visit most of the downtown attractions.
Right around the corner (less than 30 sec walk) there is a bus stop which you can use for the flybus or excursion pickup & drop off and the central bus station is just 10 min, walking distance plus there is always a free parking in the street in front of the house.
The flat has two rooms (a living and dining area with sofa bed and a bedroom with king size bed that can be split in two single bed) a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with tub, shower and a washer, plus a high speed internet access and a cable TV.
It is suitable for up to family of 4 and I do not charge extra fee for children.
Down the street there is a little supermarket (1 min walk) and close by (5 min) there is a 24h market, a hamburger joint just across the street, take away pizza and thai food restaurants plus various other restaurants and bars, and just right across the street is one of Reykjavik's renowned swimming pool.
In just few minutes you can visit the Reykjavik Art museum, go to Hallgrimskirkja church or walk down Laugavegurinn the main shopping street which is also home to many bars, nightclubs and restaurants, or you can take a stroll alongside the sea shore and gaze at the view over the bay.
The check in is after 13:00 and check out at 11:00.

Other things to note
My neighbourhood is one of the first in Reykjavik to be planed and designed by the authorities it was built around 1935 and has strong funkis characteristics, I enjoy very much taking short walks around it and sense the past.
Please do not smoke in the apartment, and I appreciate that you take good care of it and leave it the way you found it.
