We are located very close to popular restaurants. One of the top 10 Italian restaurants of NYC is on our corner called Laconda Vini Olli. Or simply enjoy a stroll down the street to look at the landmark brownstones and Pratt University.
Both the C and G are only 2 blocks away. Walk 10 minutes to the Atlantic Avenue Station and get access to the 2,3,4,5,B,D, Q, N, R, and LIRR. We can also provide you with a private car from/ to airport and anywhere else you need to go.

We loved staying at Michelle's beautiful Brooklyn apartment during our honeymoon trip to New York and wish we'd stayed for longer! The apartment itself is gorgeously decorated, with all the amenities you could hope for, including washer/dryer. The area is lovely, with tons of cafe and restaurant options and the C and G trains just minutes away. We were greeted warmly by Michelle's partner Margaret who very sweetly gave us a bottle of prosecco as a welcome gift. Michelle and Margaret were eager to give us recommendations that made us feel like locals and communication with them was great throughout. We would highly recommend the apartment and hope to return on our next visit to Brooklyn!
Fantastic experience - among the best I've had on airbnb (and I use airbnb a lot)!
The apartment was beautiful: large, well-furnished, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean. The street itself is quiet, which meant it was easy to sleep. The amount of natural light pouring through the apartment's windows made it feel cheery and welcoming.
Communication with Michelle was easy and seamless.
We loved the neighborhood: cute coffee shops, easy access to the subway, great pizza (Emily's!), and a short (~20 minute) walk to Prospect Park.
Would highly recommend this as a place to stay for anyone looking for a Brooklyn weekend (or week) :)
Michelle made us feel very welcome! She was a great host and was everything we had hoped. Her large apartment was exquisite! Everything about it was exactly as pictured and described- no kidding! We spent an amazing, relaxing time in Michelle's clean, spacious home. All the amenities were perfect as well. In fact, Michelle was such a great host, that when we asked about a coffee maker (because hers had given out a week before we came) Michelle had another coffee maker delivered to the front door literally 30-minutes after I texted her about it. Furthermore, Michelle took time out of her schedule to recommend the best places to eat and the easiest ways to get into Manhattan. She was always available if we had a question.
The home was not only beautiful, the tree-lined, quiet streets of this Brownstone neighborhood was a real surprise. Being so close to quaint cafe's, grocery stores, parks and transportation; yet having the quietness as if we were in the suburbs, this apartment had everything we could want and more. I don't think I would ever stay in a hotel again after an experience like this. We are new fans of Michelle, her property, Uber and Airbnb! If we make it back to NY again, we will certainly be booking here.
We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s apartment which was amazing. Calm and trendy neighborhood, with plenty of good restaurants and a lot of things to see. Excellent location. Just at 10 minutes from C Line. Michelle was an exceptional host. She gave us a lot of good adresses, she was always available and willing to help. Our best Airbnb expérience so far. We absolutely recommend it.
My husband and I were visiting for my son's graduation. The apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable (and sunny!) and filled with beautiful art. It is located on a quiet street in a great neighborhood within walking distance to everything. Michelle and her partner were very nice, friendly and very helpful. We really didn't want to leave and would definitely stay here again.
We were delighted with our stay in Michelle's space. It is light, open, clean and beautifully decorated. The street is quiet and within easy access to restaurants, transit and many attractions. Michelle was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We highly recommend this space for your stay in the New York City area and hope to stay there again on our next trip.
I loved my stay! The space was clean, great light and beautiful art. The neighborhood is ideal- great restaurants, bars and close to the C. I felt right at home. Michelle was super attentive and offered plenty of suggestions on where to eat and buy groceries. I will definitely stay here when I'm back in the BK.

About the Host, Michelle
I am a very upbeat energetic happy person. I have always actually wanted to open a B&B because I love to take care of people and be the best host possible. I live in the brownstone and rent out one of the furnished apartments as a B&B or as a furnished apartment for longer term. I am an art dealer and usually always doing something related to the arts.
