Welcome to La Bori-Zeni Suite! This queen suite is tucked back in the woods just off of the main road of East Brainerd, 5 minutes away from Hamilton Place shopping/dining, and a straight shot to Hwy 75. This prime location is the perfect stay for business, pleasure, adventure, and personal excursions. We look forward to your stay!

La Bori-Zeni suite is a separate apartment attached to a home which we as a family occupy. The entire space of one bedroom and bathroom, living room and dining, and laundry and kitchen is used solely by our guests during their stay.

BREAKFAST:
•dry cereals with whole and almond powdered milk
•pancake mix with syrup
•dehydrated eggs
•oatmeal packs
•random assortment of breakfast bars and snacks

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS :
•2 GUESTS- queen bed in bedroom (if you would like the queen sofa bed set up for separate sleeping for 2 or 3 guests, please select that you have 4 guests)

•3 GUESTS- queen bed and fold down full-size sofa bed in bedroom

•4 GUESTS- queen bed in bedroom and queen sofa bed in living area will be set up with memory foam pad


BABIES/TODDLERS:
We have a sanitized Pack and play set up upon request (automatically set up in bedroom unless otherwise requested)

BEDROOM: closet, queen bed, tv, couch, and black out curtains!

BATHROOM:
•Full bath- shower with body wash/shampoo dispenser, hair dryer, curler, and straightener, pads and tampons , q tips, towels and wash cloths.

•Half bath- stocked with toiletries! Adds extra space for getting ready especially for large groups!

LIVING AREA:
couch (pulls out as queen size bed) coffee bar, dining table with drop leaves for extra work space, TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+signed in and ready to use.

LAUNDRY/KITCHENETTE :
full fridge/freezer, mini microwave, mini toaster oven, washer/dryer.

***NOTE ON LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer in your suite is also used by our family. We try to do all of our laundry between guests but if we are needing to do laundry during your stay I will communicate that to you. (Typically only applies to bookings 7 or more days long)

PARKING: the parking lot is specifically for our guests and will easily accommodate 2 vehicles and a 3rd if needed.

3 min drive: Dunkin Donuts, Little Caesar’s, Einstein Bro’s, USPS, Bruster’s ice cream, Heritage Park.

5 min drive: Hamilton Place Mall, Gunbarrel Road (loads of restaurants and all the shopping you could do!), HWY 75.

13 min drive: Chattanooga Airport

15 min drive: Downtown Chattanooga
