Rujuta and her family were here for 3 nights in June, during our quiet season and received a very reasonable rate for their stay. Thank you Rujuta for the nice review, however, I'm confused by your comment of "bring your own supplies, they really mean it." To respond - there was sugar, salt, coffee and kitchen soap in the house during your stay. They are located in the pantry and under the kitchen sink, however, it seems you didn't look or ask me, which is a problem. We provided 2 large trash bags plus trash bins in the bathrooms, which should have been plenty for your short stay. We DO NOT provide paper towels, wipes, shampoo or conditioner as these are what we consider personal items, however, we do provide plenty of kitchen towels and various other items. Considering our inexpensive rates, I think these are big asks and shouldn't have been expected especially since WE DON'T ADVERTISE THAT WE PROVIDE ANY AMENITIES EXCEPT WHAT IS LISTED IN OUR AD. In addition, Rujuta should be thanking me and our cleaners for going WAY over and beyond the call of duty when her husband left his sunglasses behind and we arranged to have them sent back to her - does she mention this here? Unfortunately, no. FINAL) We provide the basics, however, guests should expect to provide their own personal items and anything they might need during their stay. We DO provide a clean house and various amenities, however, do not advertise them so guest's will manage their stay accordingly. Rujuta's expectations are completely out-of-line, especially considering we don't advertise that we provide any of them.
