Located in the historic center of Chinon, 13 minutes from the CNPE. Located full south, bright 44m2 in a 17th and 15th century building. Open kitchen equipped (Senseo coffee machine with pod provided :)), traditional oven, kettle, microwave etc. Wifi with THD internet (Fiber). Room located on a small upper floor.

Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and mirror.

Living area: Sofa and TV with Netflix / Prime video included. Sound bar.

The space
Located at the foot of the castle you will have a breathtaking view of the fortress from the bedroom. It is located on the top floor (2nd floor) with access by a 15th / 16th century staircase.

The bright lounge area (facing south) opens onto rue Haute Saint-Maurice with a 15th century mansion just opposite, with a beautiful view of the medieval dwellings. The street is pedestrianized, so you will have very little noise annoyance.

You are at the foot of the castle, visible day and night with these lights until 10 p.m.

Kitchen equipped with cutlery, microwave, small fridge, traditional oven, pots etc. you will normally have everything you need to cook while waiting for restaurants to open.

Good to know: 4G reception: as you are at a height, 4G reception is quite good regardless of the operator. You can therefore use your phone without worry, which is more difficult in the center of Chinon for apartments located on the ground floor or 1st floor.

For internet you will have Orange fiber! via wifi so don't worry about working in peace if necessary.

In the entrance hall you have a small wardrobe / closet in two parts, the larger one is reserved for you. We kept a small part closed for us as a "technical room" to put spare products (light bulbs, sheets etc.). It is not visible in the photos.
