The space
**Please note the condo building will be doing an inspection sometime between May 5th and 9th--exact day and time to be determined. You do not need to be present for it, we will have a representative there to meet them, but we will need access through the living room for them to inspect the balcony for that day/time as schedule by the building management.**

Approximately 960 square feet. New appliances, new A/C system. Working gas fireplace. Best of the city & nature: right next to stores and restaurants for your convenience as well as beautiful hiking options nearby in the Verdugo Mountains less than 5 miles away.

We recommend 4 adults max as we have two bedrooms with 2 regular beds, however there is a queen size pullout sofa bed with very comfortable Air dream mattress (coil base with inflatable top). We put up to 6 people allowed on the listings as families might be okay with the setup.

Kitchen has everything you need to make and enjoy meals at home: cookware, cooking utensils, spices, dinnerware, flatware, glassware. New kitchen appliances: fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. Ninja blender, Keurig, electric kettle.

One reserved parking spot in the building carport, accessed with gate remote. Spot will fit a standard car, but not any extra oversize vehicles such as large trucks or SUVs. Very short walk from the parking spot into the unit--up one flight of stairs but otherwise very close. There is also a small elevator near the main entrance to the building--a little bit farther walk to the unit but also not a far distance. This is a smaller condo building, not a big complex.


This is a condo building, not an apartment building and it's very important to us that our guests respect the building and do not cause any disruption to our neighbors. Parking is only allowed in our reserved parking spot at all times and no items can be left outside the front door of the condo that block the walkway. Quiet hours need to be respected from 10pm-8am.

Bedroom #1 features an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower, lots of closet space, loveseat and dark curtains (technically blackout blinds, but not quite blackout in use due to the the way they sit on top of the window frames).

Bedroom #2: corner window with blackout curtains, large closet.

Bathroom #1: tub/shower with newly tiled floors, quartz vanity

Bathroom #2: accessed from the hallway. Please note there is a narrow entrance into this bathroom and standing shower is a little compact.

Guests have full and private use of the entire condo and patio as shown.

Other things to note
Please note: this is a lower unit and you will hear the upper tenant at times. There is also some typical street noise. We provide noise machines for your comfort, however I would not recommend this unit to someone who is particularly sensitive to noises.

Pets are not allowed per the HOA.

Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.

Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
