I work Monday thru Friday so not home much during the day. On the weekends I either like to lounge around my living room area or go out of town.

The lovely apartment was safe, comfortable and a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of NYC. The bedroom is small but just right as a crash pad! The living space and kitchen are well kept and cater for your needs. I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody wanting to experience the East Village.
Alexandra's place is really great and I loved staying there for couple weeks during my New York visit. Apartment is very beautiful and spacious. Especially liked the living room mural - so awesome! Neighborhood is great as well with lots of cafes and restaurants. Alexandra is a lovely person as well and it was very easy to arrange everything. Thanks for hosting!
Hi everyone - I stayed at Alexandra's place for five nights and found the apartment so lovely, spacious and arty. The bedroom had space for all my stuff and I slept like a baby in the big comfy bed after endless walking each day. The bathroom was also spacious, with great shower pressure. I felt safe walking from the L metro stop to the apartment late at night. Alexandra is also super lovely, I would definitely recommend this listing.
We had an amazing time in NY thanks to Alexandra. She's an amazingly good host & nice person. The apartment "has a lot of charme" as we'd say in Switzerland. :) She was also extremely nice and flexible when we needed to stay 2 extra nights. Everything is super clean & cozy. I'd definitely book it again and can absolutely recommend it. It is also perfectly located. Thank you for everything, Alexandra!
The appartment is really very nice, cozy, perfectly situated in a nice area with lot of cafes and restaurants around. Although New York is a huge city with busy streets, the appartment is quiet, you can perfectly relax in there. I liked the neighborhood very much, it is green with kind of small town atmosphere. The room is not very big but there is anything you need, a huge, very comfortable bed with storage space under the bed which is great if you stay longer. The living room is big and bright, the kitchen does have everything you need and so does the bathroom. All rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, after a few days you feel like at home.
Alexandra has been a fantastic host. She has been very nice and helpful. At the very beginning I got a list with useful information about the neighborhood like where is the laundry, the grocery, cafes, rastaurants or nearest post office, subway stations which has been very helpful.
I can truly recommend Alexandras place, whenever I come back to New York I would definetely stay at her appartment again :-) I had a fantastic time!
Our stay at Alexandra's place was great! She made us feel very welcome and was happy to answer all of our questions. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and in a great neighborhood. The L line is only minutes away which connects you to practically everything. Don't hesitate to book this place, you definitely won't regret it.
