Welcome to “Sandy Haven A” a renovated, 3 bedroom 1 bathroom, pet friendly unit located in the heart of the popular Bayside village of Sandringham only 5 minutes walk to the beach, cafes, and public transport.
Sandy Haven A offers 3 bedrooms, all with built-in robes and quality bedding. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the other 2 bedrooms have king beds that can be split into singles if required.
The living area offers comfortable seating, a wide screen TV, with Foxtel (cable TV), DVD player and mini stereo/CD system. The designer-built kitchen has granite bench-tops, quality European appliances and very generous drawer and cupboard space. There is also a cleverly concealed “European laundry” with washer, dryer and sink for your convenience. To ensure the comfort of your stay the property offers ducted air conditioning and heating throughout.
Outside there is a secure back courtyard where pets can roam safely, while in the front there is a sunny garden with table and chairs for relaxed meals cooked on a gas barbecue. Off-street parking is provided for one vehicle with plenty of parking available on the street as well.
We have 2 lovely properties at the same address; Sandy Haven A and Sandy Haven C. These properties provide unique flexibility for 2 families wanting to be close to each other whilst retaining their own space. Alternatively, either property on its own provides very comfortable accommodation.
This property is lovingly looked after by Boutique Stays. We're professional property managers with really high standards and if you need us for any reason our office is open 7 days a week. We even have an afterhour’s emergency number until 9pm every day - just in case!
PRICING & MINIMUM STAYS
Everything is included! Wireless internet, on street parking, utilities, BBQ, lovely linen and towels. You'll love our welcome pack with lots of household consumables to get you started and some treats to spoil you. And if you stay for longer than a week we’ll come and clean the apartment and change all your linens on a weekly basis.
We've tried to be as accurate as possible with our prices. Should you choose to stay during premium periods (like Melbourne Cup, Christmas/NY etc) special rates may apply along with minimum stay periods - unfortunately we can't list those variations here but we can provide you with a customised quote, so please contact us with your dates and we will reply quickly.
NB: As a general rule of thumb, we ask that if you are arriving in the next 3 months the minimum time you stay with us is 5 nights and if your arrival is more than 3 months away you stay with us for 7 nights or more. Of course we accept any bookings longer than that if the property is available!

Brighton Place was the perfect place for all of us - accurate description, beautifully clean, great neighbourhood, convenient groceries at the end of the street and the best coffee and breakfast available from lovely place around the corner, easy walk to train station, although car was handy- highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. A great place for 4 people to stay. Was an easy walk from the Docklands into the city, too.
close to casino and access to city in general. was clean and modern and boutique provided a nice welcome pack with soaps, detergents, washing powder and coffee and milk :) with 5 guests is reasonably priced for 7 nights. however access to pool and gym wasnt allowed and this was only downside to the stay.
This place was great! In a perfect location near Bridge Road (Fantastic Shopping!). The house was clean and tidy and modern with a cosy character homely feel to it.
We would definitey stay here again.
