Welcome to “Sandy Breeze 3” a spacious, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, pet friendly unit in Sandringham located just across the road from the beach and only 5 minutes walk to cafes, shops and public transport.
When you step inside, you'll enjoy spacious, open-plan living, which has been colourfully furnished with a modern, contemporary style. The living room offers comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen, high-definition TV with Foxtel (cable TV), DVD player and mini CD stereo system. The fully equipped modern, open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher and is adjacent to the dining area which sets 4. There’s a split system air conditioner in the lounge/dining area for your comfort.
Both bedrooms have built-in robes and queen size beds, one of which can be split to 2 singles if required. A trundle bed can also be provided if required (additional charges apply). The bathroom has a large shower with separate bath. For your convenience there is also a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The outdoor deck space is fabulous, complete with BBQ and a great outdoor setting for 4, ideal for alfresco dining. It is securely fenced which makes it perfect for pet guests as well. Off street parking is also provided for one car and there is plenty of additional parking available on the street.
If you love shopping, there is a bus that will take you on a direct route to Southland shopping centre and you can also catch a train from the Sandringham Station into Melbourne CBD (only 16kms). If you are into sailing you will be within close proximity to major attractions including the ISAF Sailing World Cup and The Asia Pacific Regatta. Other local attractions include the Sandringham Yacht Club, the Trevor Baker Beach Oval and the Sandringham Golf Driving Range.
Please note: We have 2 lovely properties at the same address; Sandy Breeze 2 and Sandy Breeze 3. These properties provide unique flexibility for 2 families wanting to be close to each other whilst retaining their own space.
This property is lovingly looked after by Boutique Stays. We're professional property managers with really high standards and if you need us for any reason our office is open 7 days a week. We even have an afterhour’s emergency number until 9pm every day - just in case!
PRICING & MINIMUM STAYS
Everything is included! Wireless internet, on street parking, utilities, BBQ, lovely linen and towels. You'll love our welcome pack with lots of household consumables to get you started and some treats to spoil you. And if you stay for longer than a week we’ll come and clean the apartment and change all your linens on a weekly basis.
We've tried to be as accurate as possible with our prices. Should you choose to stay during premium periods (like Melbourne Cup, Christmas/NY etc) special rates may apply along with minimum stay periods - unfortunately we can't list those variations here but we can provide you with a customised quote, so please contact us with your
dates and we will reply quickly.
NB: As a general rule of thumb, we ask that if you are arriving in the next 3 months the minimum time you stay with us is 5 nights and if your arrival is more than 3 months away you stay with us for 7 nights or more. Of course we accept any bookings longer than that if the property is available!

Brighton Place was the perfect place for all of us - accurate description, beautifully clean, great neighbourhood, convenient groceries at the end of the street and the best coffee and breakfast available from lovely place around the corner, easy walk to train station, although car was handy- highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. A great place for 4 people to stay. Was an easy walk from the Docklands into the city, too.
close to casino and access to city in general. was clean and modern and boutique provided a nice welcome pack with soaps, detergents, washing powder and coffee and milk :) with 5 guests is reasonably priced for 7 nights. however access to pool and gym wasnt allowed and this was only downside to the stay.
This place was great! In a perfect location near Bridge Road (Fantastic Shopping!). The house was clean and tidy and modern with a cosy character homely feel to it.
We would definitey stay here again.
