  • We had a great time at Rebecca's place. It is a cosy and comfy apartment in a cool neighborhood. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, very bright because of the many windows and has everything you need. The flat is clean and it has good bed.

We enjoyed strolling around Mission and Castro with its many restaurants, bars, parks, brunch/ lunch places. Going into town is a bit of a hike but once you figured out the public transport map you are ok.

Though you can manage, because of its size and its many smaller rooms I would not recommend this place for families who are bringing a baby or infant.

  • Super comfortable bed and sofa, lots of natural light, very accessible and friendly hosts, and amazing location. This part of town is near hot restaurants, cool hipster hangouts, the Castro, the Mission, public transport--something for everyone! Older building, so bathroom is not modern (small sink, little shelf space, wraparound shower curtain in the tub), but it's very adequate and clean. Note: Host provides no shampoo and only 1 towel, so bring your own if needed. There is street noise, but not excessive. It was a positive, first airbnb experience for me.

  • Rebecca's home is wonderful- we had a great stay. Great communication: quick and friendly. Easy to check in (via remote intercom), fantastic location in a great neighborhood with lots to offer in terms of food, bars, sights. Easily walk to many locations or public transport options. The best part was that Rebecca thoughtfully left us a pumpkin pie and bottle of wine for us to enjoy (as we checked in on thanksgiving day!). The apartment is pretty, spacious and we were able to whip up a few dishes in the well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommended. Thanks Rebecca!

  • Rebecca's place was great - the place itself is a dream and she's taken the time to put together a map of local attractions, and provided great details about finding her place. I stayed in a hotel on my first night in SF - this was vastly preferable and greater value. I would totally stay again!

  • This apartment is lovely, clean, sunny and in the best neighborhood! I didn't met Rebecca in person, but the communication was good and she sent a complete email in advance with all the things you need to know for your stay (shops, restaurants, movies etc.). The apartment was very comfortable and I hope to rent this apartment again in the future.

  • Just got back from a wonderful stay in this apartment.

The place itself is super-centrally located, comfortable, beautiful and clean. Very cheerful with big windows and lots of light. Rebecca is a wonderful host and was so accommodating of us, from going out of her way to make sure we got the keys to leaving us a personalized guide to the neighborhood. All in all, it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend it!

  • we had a wonderful time in San Francisco and that is all thanks to Rebecca! Location is ideal and the flat itself is fantastic with a lot of character and everything you might need.
Rebecca was so helpful and gave us a lot of tips prior to our arrival so that we could enjoy our week-end like true san franciscans.
I would recommend Rebecca's flat to anyone wanting to live a real "SF" experience.

  • Great apartment in a wonderful location. Could not have been more convenient to be able to explore SF. Apartment was exactly as described, if not better. Really cute place.
Rebecca was SUPER to work with, always very prompt in answering any questions I had, and helpful with suggestions about what to do and where to go.
All in all a great spot and great host.

Israel-born, Kenya-raised; landed in San Francisco via Oxford, UK and Washington, DC. I love to travel, but prefer to do it by meeting locals rather than concierges! I love small neighborhoods, local restaurants, and independent coffee shops; basically a perch from which to watch the world pass by.
