Centrally-located, this place is close to everything: 15 min to Boulder, 40 min to Rocky Mountain National Park, 1 mile from downtown Longmont, and easy access to Denver/Ft. Collins. Bike and walking paths also pass through the neighborhood within 1 block of the house.

Our amazing outdoor space boasts multiple patios, a fire pit, hot tub, & ample seating. There are 2 queen beds (one is a Murphy bed) and a full-sized futon in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably.

The space
This is our home and office which we rent out when we travel. The house feels cozy and lived in because it is lived in! We do our best to put our things away, but the house is small with limited storage, so you may see some personal items scattered about.

We have an abundance of houseplants and great light throughout the house. The larger bedroom with en suite bathroom is bright and sunny all day. The smaller bedroom doubles as an office and yoga/light workout space, so the Murphy bed located in this room can be opened or closed as needed. The second bathroom is just across the hallway.

There are security cameras outdoors - one facing the driveway/front gate and the other facing the hot tub. These are not checked regularly but will be used for reference if needed (i.e. in case of damage to the hot tub, etc.).

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property including multiple patios, gardens, and a large grassy area. There is a long-term tenant in the adjacent detached garage apartment, but this space has a separate entrance and it's own fenced yard, so you will not be forced to interact if you don't want to.

Other things to note
We are pet friendly, but do require a $25 pet fee. If any additional cleaning is required (anything outside of the expected pet hair, such as mud on the floors/furniture, etc.), there will be a minimum $75 additional cleaning fee.
