  • My husband and I have been going to Bnbs for many years and Nancy and Allen rate among the top 5 wonderful experiences we've had so far. They are gracious, friendly and most of all helpful hosts. We were in the Loveland area for a family wedding and there were 4 couples who stayed in the home for 3 nights and there was plenty of room for all. The house is open, clean, spacious, and well appointed. There was breakfast makings available and if anything was needed I only had to speak up and they appeared with a smile! The pics of house do not do it justice! We were able to come "home" from very busy days to relax and unwind. Because of this wonderful experience my family has been converted to the Bnb movement!

  • This was a beautiful home overlooking the Rockies. During our stay, my fiancé and I enjoyed the space, but also spent quite a bit of time out and about. Nancy and Al let us borrow their pass into Rocky Mountain National Park and we spent a day hiking in the mountains. We also hiked Devils Backbone (view out the front door and trailhead is about a 5 minute drive) and drove over to Horsetooth Falls, about 20-30 min drive, for an easy hike to a waterfall. We spent some time in Fort Collins (live music on Thursday nights during summer!) and New Belgium brewing. Also, bought all the makings for dinner at the farmers market, and Al brought the grill down to our patio so we could grill/eat outside/take in the amazing view. They were so gracious and welcoming! We truly enjoyed our relaxing time here!

  • This was our first experience with airbnb and it was great! Nancy and Allen were wonderful hosts! The house and the surroundings were beautiful. Nancy and Allen were very friendly and upon arrival immediately provided us with suggested activities, places to eat, and maps. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you plan on visiting Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park/Fort Collins/surrounding areas.

  • We stayed with Allen and Nancy for an absolutely fabulous week on the
Colorado Front Range. The house was amazing and the guest apartment extremely comfortable, quiet, and beautiful. We did extensive sight seeing in the area and found the central location to be superb for seeing both Rocky Mountain National Park and the surrounding area. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park are scenic 30 minutes away on an incredible highway. You can easily access all parts of the park from the Moulton's, so we made multiple trips up to hike the trails Allen recommended. On our favorite day we took the Trail Ridge Road all the way past the Continental Divide and Lake Granby, then down to Golden and back up along the Front Range. Another day we drove up to sight see in Cheyenne, WY and and shop at the Sierra Traders Outlet. We also enjoyed our time hiking the Devils Backbone trails right out the front door. It truly was a Rocky Mountain Dream Vacation with Allen and Nancy's wonderful hospitality and their lovely home as our base.

  • Allen and Nancy were extremely welcoming and made sure our every need was met. Nancy did a great job staying in touch and answering our questions prior to our visit. The accommodations were first class and better than many 5 star resorts we have stayed in. The setting is beyond description; even better than the beautiful photos.
We had a great time and they both went above and beyond to assure we had everything we needed. Our visit with the Moulton's was a trip we will always treasure!

  • The experience was everything we expected and more. The host & hostess were very gracious and helpful. The house was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were spacious. The view was tremendous no matter which direction you looked. It is a wonderful place for those who love the outdoors. It was a great time and if we had the chance, we would turn around and do it again.

  • We had an amazing time at the Moulton's. I had never been out west before so when we found their awesome home on Airbnb I knew this was the place we needed to stay for my first trip to the Rocky Mountains. Everything about our experience was incredible. From the great communication prior to the trip to the warm hospitality we received while in their home, everything was top notch. Despite the devastating floods that threatened to cancel our trip, we were still able to enjoy most of what the area has to offer. Allen and Nancy are so helpful and compassionate. They provided extra touches such as having a fire going in the fireplace for us when we returned home after a cool rainy day, to helping direct us to areas that we could visit that had not been closed due to the flooding, to providing us with a cooler, umbrella and chairs for our mountain fishing adventure. The area around their home is so beautiful. Being a photographer I so enjoyed the picture taking opportunities of the mountains right in back of their home and the Devils Backbone in their front yard which we hiked up for even a more spectacular view. We loved Old Fort Collins with all of it's shops and eateries. We especially loved the New Belgium Brewery tour which we didn't think we would be able to participate in because reservations are required 4-6 weeks in advance however we were able to get on the tour by getting our name on the no-show list. Our experience was so wonderful and we can't wait to come back to bring the whole family. Thank you Allen and Nancy for sharing your beautiful home and your warm and kind hearts with us. May God bless you and your family greatly. Julie and Chris

  • This was our first time using airbnb, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Allen and Nancy were such wonderful hosts. Breakfast was available each morning, and they were more than happy to suggest a few trails or places in the area to visit. Estes Park was extremely crowded over Labor Day Weekend, but it was so wonderful being able to head back to Allen and Nancy's quiet home. The views were gorgeous too! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

  • Nancy & Allen were perfect hosts. They made us feel very welcome and surely treated us like family. Although both lived on the second floor of the house, they gave us plenty of privacy and lots of quiet moments. This house is very special, a dream house indeed. All is super clean, spacious and very comfortable. The view from the terrace is just awesome, we couldn't get enough of the ever changing sky above the Rocky Mountains. We can highly recommend this place. Thanks again for having us!
