About this listing
My house has a spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The red and blue are the predominant colors: red, because it brings happiness, blue, vice versa, because it is relaxing.
It's a house very colorful, with many books (some in English), many DVD and some other curious objects collected during travels. One of the two rooms is my bedroom, while the other is for the guests.
The guest room is basic (bed, wardrobe, desk), but practical, comfortable and clean. One important thing: there is a super comfortable bed Flou (measuring one and a half).
If the guests are two, for a best confort, I can add a second bed.
The house is well equipped: wi-fi, air conditioning, cable TV.
The kitchen is complete and I will be very happy to share with you the recipes of dishes.
About the neiborough: it's is a residential area, nice, quiet and very close to the center and the Navigli. There is also a niche park (Parco Solari) where you can go for a walk or for jogging.
It's close to the Sant'Agostino Metro Station (MM2, Green line) and to the Sant'Ambrogio Churchm one of the best knwon of Milano.
There is also a bus stop (bus line 50) that takes you in 10 minutes to the Castle (Castello Sforzesco).
Note: It is very close to Via Tortona, and, during the Salone del Mobile, the most important events are at hand.
I have two bikes that I put at your disposal.
Since I am interested in theater and entertainment, I can give you good information about what's happening in town.
From/To Central Station: take subway line 2, 7 stops.
From/To Malpensa Express Station in Cadorna : take subway line 2, 2 stops
From/ToDuomo: Tram 14
From/To Castello Sforzesco: bus number 50
Interaction with Guests
It depends on the day; sometimes I'm not at home at all, sometimes I'm very present. When I'am in, like let people free to interactive with me or not!
Zona Tortona is in the neighborhood, you can walk from home to the most attractive streets of the Salone del Mobile, but my street is very quiet even during the fair.
here my wisheses!
- please, comunicate me in advance your check in time;
- please, do not wear shoes at home; I have slippers for you!
- in Milan we have a very complicate garbage collection system; I'll explane it to you, be careful!
- take care of the bathroom after the shower; you are not supposed to clean it, just to dry the floor and clean spots of soap, exactly like you do at your home.
- smoke is allowed only on the living-room balcony.
From Sep 1 - Nov 30, 2015 the minimum stay is 2 nights.
About the Host, Elisabetta
I'm from Milano, Italy. I write for theater and audiovisual, and I work in a scriptwriter school.
Vado spesso a teatro posso darvi indicazioni sugli spettacoli in programma.
