This is a quiet and clean Sears kit home just a few blocks from Michigan Stadium.

The home has been extensively updated while keeping many original details, including the wood frame porch, which has a sitting area. The house includes zoned air-conditioning, driveway for parking, and two full baths. A shady patio with a dining area and sitting area is out back.

The space
This home has two bedrooms (the third is our home office, not available for sleeping), a comfy living room, dining room, two full baths (one has a tub, one has a shower).

Enjoy beverages on the porch or patio and take in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. Please note: While we fully expect guests to unwind and enjoy themselves, this is *not* a party house! We think beer pong is fun, but we don't want it happening here. Part of what makes this space special is that it's not a corporate frat house. :) We love our home and want to hosts guests who will as well!

Most of the house is open to you.

We do ask that you not use our office or the basement. The stairs are a bit treacherous.

The closet in one bedroom is full, but the room has plenty of hooks with hangers should you need to hang things! The dresser is also fully available.

Other things to note
We are strict about four guests. We also have a dog, Stevie, a Wheaten Terrier -- seen in a couple of the photos. He won't be around of course, and he is hypo-allergenic and non-shedding, should you be concerned about allergies!
