At this scenic three-level mountain cabin, you’ll wake to panoramic views of Watauga Lake with a dock on the lake and end your day bubbling under the stars. With lofted sleeping quarters, gas fireplace, hot tub, gas fire pit and multiple decks, your group will discover there’s a favorite nook for every guest. A gorgeous and well-appointed launchpad for days on the lake and exploring the Smokey Mountains. Bring your boat to put on the dock or just enjoy hanging out and swimming.

Guests have access to the entire home, canoe, lake dock, and all outdoor spaces. Life jackets and paddles are provided.

Other things to note
Guests must be 27+ with at least one positive review. NO pets or smoking allowed. The drive up the road is steep so we recommend that you arrive during daylight to do it for the first time. In winter we strongly recommend only 4WD or AWD vehicles if there is potential snow

Neighborhood highlights

The community is a small group of 12 homes in a section of the lake that is perfectly situated just 35 minutes from Boone, NC and from Beech Mountain for skiing in the winter. It's a short 2 minute drive to the community dock where you can use our canoe or go swimming. In the entrance closet you will find the life jackets and oars for the canoe usage. We have exterior security cameras to keep our home and guests safe.
