Nestled in a safe, fire-free neighborhood, the cottage features a king suite with loft, private parking, and beautiful views.

Enjoy a full kitchen, coffee station, washer/dryer, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a desk, providing everything you need for a peaceful and convenient Malibu getaway.

The space
Charming and private Malibu cottage featuring a cozy outdoor patio with BBQ — perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Inside, enjoy a comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, and laundry machines for convenience.

The main floor includes the primary bedroom and bathroom, while the loft upstairs offers a twin trundle bed (two twins) and an additional queen air mattress stored in the closet. Please note the loft does not have a door, and the bathroom is on the main floor.

A peaceful, well-equipped retreat ideal for families or small groups seeking a relaxing Malibu stay.

Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request.

A gravel driveway leads to the back cottage, with parking available for up to two cars right in front. The cottage is a guest house, and the front house is also a rental property.

Please note that Malibu is a high fire-risk area, and for everyone’s safety, fireworks and open flames are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask all guests to help us protect our community and the surrounding natural environment.

For long-term stays (28 nights or more), a $1,000 security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. In comparison to traditional long-term rentals, where deposits typically range from one to two months’ rent, our deposit is intentionally modest, serving as a gesture of commitment rather than a financial burden.

The full amount will be returned on the same day your lease ends, provided there are no damages or violations of the agreement.
