About this listing
Welcome to our spacious and private home that is walking distance to uptown Oxford and Miami University. Parking is easy and Internet access is available. My husband and I are in and out of the house but our four legged family member roams freely in our house. Oxford is a small town located about 30 miles north of Cincinnati. This small and charming college town has great restaurants and a bevy of on-going university activites. Hueston Woods State Park is just 8 miles away for those who enjoy the outdorrs and hiking trails. Kings Island amusement park is about an hour drive.
The weekend I spent at Oxford was very enjoyable especially because of the hospitality of my host. I would stay here over any hotel in the area and I'm looking forward to making a return trip next this Fall.
Beth provided a wonderful stay for my son and myself while staying for a tour of Miami University. The accomadations were very comfortable and also private. Snacks and beverages were provided which were an added bonus. If I'm in Oxford again, I will definitely contact Beth for a stay.
Comfortable rooms in a fabulous neighborhood near Miami University. I felt like a member of the family!
Accommodation was exactly as represented. Private, with comfortable bed and convenient bathroom. Perfect!
The home was warm and inviting, with comfortable accommodations, including beds with lots of pillows and extra blankets. The AC worked great and was easy to adjust for those chilly nights. The snacks were yummy and the coffee was hearty. The location was perfect - on a quiet cove near shopping and Miami U.
As always, staying at Beth's was like coming home to a peaceful oasis. She's so nice about our crazy swim meet schedule when we're in Oxford, and the set up is just perfect for my two sons and myself to get much needed rest between sessions. Beth provided the perfect breakfast for swimmers, and we *love* the Keurig. We're so disappointed (but not surprised) that it's already booked for our next meet.
Beth was great at staying in touch and making sure we had complete instructions about renting our space. We had ample room, and the home was so restful. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in Oxford.
