* Single story 4200+sq ft main house connected to a 1700+sq ft indoor pool house separated by a child-safe door.
* BEDROOMS to accommodate 15 guests with lots of margins ( Total 11 beds, and the permit allows up to 15 guests) :
- BEDROOM 1: Spacious master suite, luxury Duxiana Dux King size bed with private patio, fireplace, and attached sitting area. (400sf, 2 guests, 1 king bed)
- BEDROOM 2: Junior suite with en-suite bathroom and King size bed. (200sf, 2 guests, 1 king bed)
- BEDROOM 3: King size bed. (200sf, 2 guests, 1 bed)
- BEDROOM 4: King size bed. (200sf, guests, 1bed)
- PRIVATE SLEEPING SPACE 5: bunk bed and day-bed with trundle and study desk. (250sf, 4 guests, 4 beds) (This is a bedroom with a door entering the garage)
- PRIVATE SLEEPING SPACE 6: a rustic den with wooden ceiling and walls with two twin beds. (120sf, 2 guests, 2 twin beds) (This is a wood den separated by a curtain)
- Family room: a sofa bed. (2 guests, 1 bed)

Amenities:
* Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking.
* Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
* Parking: Please park in the 3 car garage and on the driveway. No street parking allowed. Maximum 6 cars at the property, no street parking.
* Swimming Pool: Heated up to 8 hours/day upon request. If want to use the pool on the check-in and check-out days, or special time window and temperature are needed, please request in advance.
* Heating and Air Conditioning: central heating air conditioning in the main house.
* BBQ, firepit and fireplace: A 30" Weber Charcoal BBQ and a propane fire-pit table. Due to safety reasons and management difficulties, we don't provide charcoal, and propane tank and refill firewood. Guests can purchase these supplies to use these amenities and are responsible to clean up after usage
* BBQ Tool Sets: we provide BBQ tool sets. But if they are missing from the kitchen, please inform us ASAP for a quickly replacement.
* Washer and Dryer: In the laundry room. Laundry detergent is provided. If running out, please inform immediately.
* Telephone: No
* WIFI: WIFI included.
* Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided. Extra linens are stored in the cabinets.
* Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Vitamix Blender, Rice Cooker.
* Kitchen gadgets: Basic kitchen gadgets are provided such as peeler, can opener. If special kitchen gadgets is required, please inform us early to check we we have them in stock. If anything is missing, please inform us ASAP for replacement.
* Kitchen supplies: trash bags, dish detergent, paper towel are provided and are usual have additional supplies. But in case we are short of supplies, please request refill before 5pm, and refill will be delivered within 3 hours. Requests after 5pm will be delivered the next morning. (Special weather conditions such as snow storms are excluded)

The first time I entered this Piney Home, I immediately fell in love with its surrounding pine trees, the stunning wood beamed high ceiling, the spectacular forest views through the large bright windows, and the beautiful neighborhood. We bought this house to be our home after retirement, but would like to share this beautiful home with you; adding to your beautiful memories at Lake Tahoe with your family and friends!
