Built in the 1850's, this 2nd floor apartment is perfectly placed between the famous Erie Canal and the historic New York Central Railroad. Enjoy up close train viewing from 7 different windows 100 feet from the tracks! Recently renovated and updated, it's a perfect place to experience Main St living with restaurants, breweries, shopping and parks in walking distance. This 3 BR, full bath apt features an eat-in kitchen with utensils and cookware, laundry room and cozy living room.

The space
-The perfect place for Canal Days weekend! The food area is right behind the apartment, while you have a birds eye view of the festival on Main St. Not to mention free parking in our lot for the entire weekend!
-Train and history enthusiasts, this is perfect for you! Because of the amazing location, you'll experience the bells of the gates closing and the familiar clickety-clack of the trains on the tracks. Train whistles will provide plenty of nostalgia!
-Located above our family run bike store, so you may hear muffled noises from our popular home town business below. Make sure to stop down and chat with Doug, the owner!
-13 stairs up will get you to the 1600 square foot apartment
-Onsite washer and dryer

Guest access
You have access to the entire 2nd floor apartment. There is a stairway that leads down to a locked door. Behind the door is the counter of our bike shop. A mesh baby gate is available if you'd like to block the stairway.

Hi, I'm Dana! I grew up right here in Fairport, NY! My husband and I graduated from Fairport High School together in 1997 and have both lived in Fairport most of our lives. Our listing is above RV&E Bike and Skate, a bicycle shop my father in law started over 50 years ago! It's been a staple in the community and we are continuing the legacy of providing great customer service to locals and out of town guests!
