From wiki: (North Beach is a neighborhood in the northeast of San Francisco adjacent to Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf and Russian Hill. The neighborhood is San Francisco's Little Italy, and has historically been home to a large Italian American population. It is still home to many Italian restaurants today, though many other ethnic groups currently live in the neighborhood. It was also the historic center of the beatnik subculture. Today, North Beach is one of San Francisco's main red light and nightlife districts as well as a residential neighborhood populated by a mix of young urban professionals, families and Chinese immigrants connected to the adjacent Chinatown.)
Transportation is very easy, several Muni lines and the famous Cable Car are just steeps away.
A 10 minutes bike ride will take you to Downtown or the Golden Gate Bridge.
This studio would be ideal for couples, small families or people visiting the city for a short period of time.
It's very clean and quiet and will offer you a nice place where to relax and sleep after a long day in the city.
Other Things to Note
NOTE: THIS IS FOR THE ENTIRE APARTMENT, NO ROOM MATES OR EXTRA ROOMS IN THE UNIT. VERY PRIVATE.
There is no private parking in this building, only street parking.
San Francisco has one of highest real state prices in the country (or world) which makes private parkings a luxury that not too many residents enjoy.
If you are bringing a car into the city (not recommended unless you are doing road trips outside) please plan ahead and be aware that traffic, driving directions and parking in the city might be a hustle, specially if you are not familiar with local traffic and parking rules.
You can leave your car parked in private garages around the building, prices range from $8/night to $20/night depending on the day of the week.
You can also park free in the residential streets but please read the times and cleaning days restrictions to avoid citations.
Finding a spot in this area might be hard due to its popularity so plan ahead if your time is limited.

Leon, our host, was super accommodating. We had a flight delay, which affected his day and was responsive and helpful. Could have made for a stressful start to our vacation, but he was great.
The place is great and as described. The location is phenomenal. We had a 7 day bus pass and went everywhere in the city straight from what seamed like a less than a minute walk from our place.
The place had everything we needed to have a great week. The only word of caution that I would have is, if you are a light sleeper, garbage is picked up in the morning early and you can really hear the road noise. If you are not used to this, you might get woken up, but nothing that can't be solved with ear plugs and heavy sleepers need not worry!
All in all, my wife and I would stay again and recommend the place to our friends and family.
Leon was a very nice and great host, who take the time to explain how to enjoy your stay. He answers very quickly to your question send by text/mail. The "belle cozy studio" is very cumfortable, spacious and there is everything you need. The place is in a very nice neighborhood. I recommend it! :)
Great location, it's so close to everything. 15mins walking to pier 39. 5 mins from China town. Leon was great host he met me and gave us a Lil tour of the apartment everything was as described. Parking is a Lil hassle but if u don't mind paying u can park behind the apartment and keep eye on your car. I didn't move it all weekend since we walked everywhere. Next time I come so SF I'll most definitely stay at Leon's place.
