Very nice house next to the Basilica de la Macarena. Ideal for 2 people. You have everything you need to spend a wonderful stay in Seville. It is located in the most beautiful place in the city because it is the most authentic neighborhood. Pedestrian street! It is family-run: I take care of everything myself, of cleaning, of welcoming guests and of any kind of useful information, with great affection:)

The space
The accommodation is totally independent and accommodates 2 people in the bedroom. In the dining room there is a sofa bed. Kitchen area with everything you need to cook, induction ceramic glass,refrigerator,microwave and toaster. The washing machine is also in the kitchen. The house is on the ground floor of my house( typical Sevillian) where I live on the first floor and the penthouse is also for rent on Airbnb. The house is kept very cool during the summer due to the fact that it is on the ground floor. It also has a small private patio. I love animals,I live with two dogs, and I love plants. The house is very new and comfortable,comfortable to get around. There is a bus stop 5 minutes away. Alameda de Hercules is just a 10-minute walk away, an excellent leisure area with its many bars and terraces where people enjoy the sunny days and the tranquility of the surroundings. The Santa Cruz neighborhood can be reached in 35/40 minutes on foot where the Giralda and the Alcazar will surprise you with their beauties

The church of the Macarena,right next to the house,gives the name to this neighborhood and during Holy Week the people,the orange trees with their azhaar and the steps of the confradia dress Seville in a unique way to the world.

I live on the first floor of the house and that is why I will be there during your stay. Anytime available for any questions and advice. I am a very active person,I like sport and flamenco dancing and that is why I am almost always on the street doing things. Upon arrival I will give you a map of the city and a guide made by me with monuments, tapas bars and places you should not miss as well as where to see flamenco outside the tourist circuit.
