North Shore Place is a fabulous newer upscale condominium complex on North Forest Beach Drive. It is located directly across from both the beach and Coligny Plaza. The location can't be beat and its located on the quiet side of North Shore Place rights across the street from the beach with heated pool access at the Sea Crest. The fourth floor pool in the complex does not have a heater.

The pool deck and hot tub are located on the fourth floor and are open year round, but the pool does not have a heater and swimming is only allowed April 1- November 30. You will have access to one of the Sea Crest's pools across the street which is also available to guests year round, but currently it is not in service due to a leak. It is heated mid March thru April 30 and Mid October thru November 30 and mid October thru November 30. Grilling is not permitted or available with public grills at this property. Restrooms with showers are located on the third floor.
203 North Shore Place on the second floor is a fabulous no steps elevator from the garage newer upscale condominium complex with covered parking on North Forest Beach Drive. It is located directly across the street from both the ocean, Coligny Plaza and one of the Sea Crest’s pools which you will also have access to. The condo porch faces Coligny Plaza and is perfect for enjoying the live music from the area. This Villa is 1261 square feet and is located on the second floor of the building with a large covered veranda to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and views of the landscaping and street. There is a spectacular rooftop swimming pool and sundeck on the 4th floor.
It has an easily accessible beach walk that leads directly to the beach. The villa is conveniently located within a block from the beach & adjacent to Coligny Plaza with its shopping, grocery store, and various restaurants with live entertainment. North Shore Place Villas features secured covered gated parking under the building for your vehicle (code required/space available) and elevator access to all floors (code required). Luggage carts and bike racks are plentiful in the covered garage area.
This elegant, spacious villa has stone floors, high ceilings, and beautiful moldings and is designer decorated. The living room offers numerous windows, all with designer draperies. The living area is beautifully decorated with large comfortable chairs and queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen has a large bar with seating for three, stainless steel GE appliances and white cabinets. The dining area, beside the kitchen, has a large table with seating for six.
The master bedroom has a King bed with matching end tables and designer window treatments, Smart Cable TV and spacious private bath with new walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two double beds and a private bath with tub and shower combination. The villa also has it's own in unit washer and dryer.
Of additional interest is a spacious veranda overlooking Coligny Plaza, which is adjacent to North Shore. So not only are you right across the street from The Seacrest and use of one of their oceanfront pools, but you are next to Coligny Plaza with all of its many shops, restaurants, grocery store, bakery, gourmet coffee and the famous Frosty Frog.
