The space
This home is
“SENSATIONAL “ able to sleep up to 12 guest comfortably.
This is a huge corner lot and the house sits on 2 huge lots, offering generous parking and a generous size backyard. Which is very rare to find in Galveston Island.
You are able to park in both our driveways plus you can park up to 4 vehicles on the side of 31st.
The grand majestic entrance will impress you, with great elevation, and an inviting private sitting area for entertaining, you will definitely feel welcome and impressed from the START!

INTERIOR
The interior Aqua, Teal, Blue, beach colors will set your mind on “ Vacay Mode”
The living room is stunning , with tons of natural lighting and lots of windows.
The white leather sofas are perfect for lounging and relaxing. There is a smart 65’ HDTV plus Netflix you will definitely enjoy with your kids and entire family.
The beach decor, beach colors and wall decor will definitely melt your troubles away and get you set up for
“ Total Vacay!”
Movie night will be a “ HIT” all you will need is popcorn!
Dining room
The dining room is “Sophisticated “with lots of windows and natural lighting the Expresso color beams on the ceiling add lots of rich character to this room .
The white walls complement the white leather dinning table.
We implemented an elegant beach rug with stunning original 1900’s antique sconces lighting to set a warm tone for your dinning experience!
The leather formal dinning room table sits 8 guests comfortably and we have an additional table that sits 4 for a total of 12 guest , this is important for larger gatherings.
We also tastefully implemented a sofa , perfect for sitting near the window and enjoying a cup of coffee!
TV AREAS
We offer two TV Areas,
the living room and the middle TV room with a smart 65’ HDTV + Netflix. You will be able to entertain kids in one room and adults in another with plenty of space.
Both spaces furnished with comfortable leather sofas and beautiful beach decor.
BOTH AREAS ARE GREAT ENTERTAINING SPACES!
KITCHEN
The kitchen is incredible! Open the windows and feel the gulf breeze while cooking! All the natural lighting is amazing.
We accented the kitchen island with a beach color called “ Reflecting Pool” as we wanted to bring in the pool vibes into the kitchen to make the cooking experience THE GREATEST!!!
the entire kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, plates, cups, and wine glasses enough to serve up to 14 guests and cooking utensils up to 14 guest!
Pots, pans, grilling, baking cookware is available to you!
You’ll be ready to have an amazing cooking experience plus we have supplied olive oil, salt and pepper and spices for food preparation.
An electric mixer for baking needs and a Ninja blender for awesome “ MARGARITAS”
And let’s not forget the stainless steel appliances!!!
you get a large spacious stainless steel refrigerator with double wide door opening with filtered water and ice maker. A microwave, dishwasher, and a four burner stove with oven.
We offer a Keurig and coffee maker for your coffee needs. (Bring your favorite coffee flavor with you)
BEDROOMS
The Spacious glamorous Master bedroom overlooks the pool and offers a His & Hers closet. The king size bed has a luxury headboard with a comfortable gel mattress and white soft 600 count linens and a luxury down comforter to make your sleep pleasurable!
It has its own private master lounging patio with access to the pool , making it very sophisticated!
We added a tasteful queen sofa bed for additional guests to sleep in.
Room # 2
I named it “The Sun Room”also has a beautiful view to the pool lots of windows and and is just as luxurious , with a comfortable queen size bed, 600 count soft white linens and a down comforter plus a comfy futon for extra guests.
This room has phone chargers on both the night stands for easy cell phone charging.
Room #3 is exquisite!
With a Luxury Queen size bed luxury linens and 2 phone charging nightstands.
This room has a beautiful Bunkbed that has a twin size bunk bed on top with a weight capacity of 170 lbs and a full size bed on the bottom plus a fun staircase kids will love!
This room offers an en-suite large bathroom with a view to the pool plus it also has access to the patio and outdoor pool space.
The perfect beach colors in this room will definitely create the special vacation you’re children or family are looking for!
Bathrooms
We offer three bathrooms 2 fully stocked bathrooms with a bathtub are upstairs. stocked with toilet paper shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, hand towels, and a hairdryer.
We will supply bath towels and hand towels plus washcloths for all the guest.
4 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Plus + antibacterial soap for hand washing.
Extras( air freshener, plunger, bowl cleaner, make-up remover)
3rd bathroom
Located downstairs in cabana area with a generous size shower for our guests to use after returning from the beach, rinsing off sand before entering the pool or entering the house.
**** no wet swimming suits or wet clothing is allowed inside the house*****
Backyard Paradise with HEATED POOL!
The backyard paradise looks like a “Amusement Park” with 10, 000 sq feet of PRIVATE entertainment with a beautiful pristine large heated pool & spa everyone in the family will Loooove!
We added large floating flamingos and unicorns for pool play and enjoyment.
The heated pool is the greatest feature allowing you to swim day or night for full enjoyment during your vacation.
( We do not charge extra - for heating the pool, this is just an extra bonus for your enjoyment)
There is nothing like a heated pool during an evening swim!
We ask that you do not touch the pool settings as we manage the settings from our phone app. If you touch the settings manually the pool will immediately go into stand-by mode and will NOT heat up the pool any longer.
PLEASE KINDLY FOLLOW POOL RULES!

Lounge chairs and pool towels are offered for all our guest. The covered patio/ cabana space has a fun
“ Aquatic Design” kids and adults will love! The design will fully transform your vacation into a beautiful beach experience!
The covered patio/Cabana has phone charging stations and a 65’ HDTV+ Netflix.
Plus+ outdoor elegant comfortable patio furniture
with 2 table areas that accommodate up to 12 guest and a picnic table for the kids. (sits 8 children.) You have multiple spacious areas for a variety of awesome lounging and superb entertaining!!!
The Cabana has a 65’ HDTV with Netflix to complement and add more fun to your stay, You can watch your favorite show or movies along with your children or just simply relax!
The Barbecue grill is brand new it is offered to you with 2 propane tanks and grilling utensils. You will enjoy the grilling area next to the pool..
Last but not least, we have Special Night lighting that creates a fun warm atmosphere in the patio and the most fabulous fire pit you have ever seen ,with enough patio chairs to lounge around and enjoy with your entire family. S’mores making experience will be taken to a whole new level :)
