Three Mermaid’s Cove is located on the desirable Mermaid Avenue in Pacific Grove. This modern Penthouse provides views of the ocean and is just steps away from Ocean View Boulevard’s majestic ocean front. Take a walk down to the end of the street to Lover's Point Beach or take a stroll a few blocks up to town and enjoy a multitude of wonderful restaurants, great coffee, and PG’s quaint neighborhood. Experience PG like a local! Only a short distance to the Aquarium, Monterey, and Carmel.

The space
Three Mermaid's Cove is a stylish Penthouse in a Triplex. Upon entering the common area shared with the downstairs unit there are 15 steps leading to the entry of the Penthouse. Upon entry, you are greeted with floor to ceiling windows with peaks of the bay. Enjoy the view from the living room, gourmet kitchen, and balcony. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal or take in the morning sunshine with a cup of tea while listening to the symphony of the bay.
There are two master suites. One suite offers a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. Both suites have beautifully tiled bathrooms, one with a stall shower and the other with shower over tub. There is extra sleeping by way of a trundle bed with two twins.
The kitchen is fully equipped and updated. The home’s open floor plan gives a chef the ability to prepare a great meal while entertaining. Featuring an electric stove with oven, built-in microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and marble countertops.
The floor coverings are hardwood throughout the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and tile in the bathrooms.

A washer and dryer are available in the shared laundry room.
The home is heated by a gas wall heater and electric wall heaters in the bedrooms.
Please note, there are several steps from the entry to the upstairs living area.

There is parking for one car. Parking on Mermaid Avenue is a challenge. One car will fit directly in front of the entrance door and must be within the yellow lines on the street.
