*Bathrooms & most of interior has been left in 1970s vintage finish form. Some 50 yo mineral deposits on fixtures from deferred maintenance by previous owner.
*All NEW showers/NEW bathtub.
*New Pergo flooring in bathrooms, kitchen, laundry.
*Granite countertops in kitchen with all new SS appliances.
*No window coverings. Total privacy.
*Sunken living areas.
*All new platform bed linens, pillows, bath & pool towels.
*Hot springs mineral pool is free-flowing (in & out) with temperatures ranging from 98 to 106 degrees. Clean, clear, & soft water. No sulfur smell.
*This unique & retro property is the only known PRIVATE in-ground, indoor, hot springs mineral pool in Colorado.
*StarLink satellite Free Internet/WiFi. Guest accesses streaming via own account.

Located in private subdivision, guests can walk directly to numerous hiking trails/roads up CR 190 and CR 189.

Other things to note
*Completion and return of both Vacation Rental Lease Agreement and Pool Release Form are mandatory prior to providing directions, entry instructions, and entry.

*Protective mesh screen has been installed along upper railways and interior stairway for child protection.

*Two steps from main living area down into kitchen and twin beds sleeping area.

*Indoor large moss- rock wood fireplace. Guests provide own firewood.

*Bringing own bottled water is recommended as well does not provide cold water for drinking.

*Base rate is set for 2 guests; each additional guest is $150/night. Any on-site day-use guest not included in overnight reservation is $150/per person/per day.

*Maximum number of guests on site is 6 (six), per Chaffee County.

*Dogs/pets are not allowed on site. Guest is required to complete Pet Agreement with service dog present on site.

*Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee via Airbnb if more guests are on property than stated on reservation and/or terminate the reservation without recourse or refund.
