The space
This cottage has been in my family for almost 30 years. It isn't the largest place on this pond of a lake, but I'd venture to say that we've got the best view.

As any cottage should have, there is a fire pit and a grill. And as many cottages do not have... there is WiFi! It won't knock your socks off, but it works for streaming a movie at night on the Roku if you'd like. Just right to stay connected while getting away.

You have full access to everything. There are some sheds that remain locked with personal/seasonal items, but there is also a guest shed with some essentials that need to remain out of the elements.

Other things to note
Please do not attempt to use the wood burning stove that is inside.

Twelve years a Chicagoan. I think I can say that now after being here a decade. Originally from Southwest Michigan, but a city kid at heart. Enjoy a wide range of activities from spending a whole day in bed, to kicking back at the local neighborhood bar, and even hiking a glacier in Iceland or climbing Incan ruins in/near Machu Picchu. Spending time lately between Jaco, Costa Rica and Northern Michigan as we get our summer and winter homes situated and setup for Airbnb guests in the meantime.
