Located downtown in our beautiful Village of Minerva, Ohio & conveniently located within walking distance of many other local restaurants and grocery stores. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with floor to ceiling tile, large custom island with Quartz counter top, private outdoor patio, front porch with rocking chairs, breathtaking stone fireplace & tv and more!

The space
Owned and operated by Andy & Amanda, owners of Sandy Springs Brewing Co. We tried to incorporate everything we feel would be a fun, exciting and a relaxing getaway in an AIRBNB. Warm, cozy, inviting... you will want to extend your stay! Everything completely brand new with the exception of the beautiful bones of this 100+ year old home. The original hard wood flooring and tall ceilings are stunning. Enjoy the master bedroom window overlooking the beer garden at Sandy Springs Brewing Co. There is a private outdoor patio -both covered and uncovered as well as a shared courtyard (with the Brewers Quarters ). Or, you can enjoy traffic going by on the front porch.. lots of outdoor options! We have many special surprises for our guests including Check-in beers at the brewery, pastries, water & gatorade in the "hydration station" as well as kureg coffee.. just to name a few! The Century Home at Sandy Springs Brewing Co. can accommodate 6 people comfortably (3 bedrooms) or up to 8 people (max) at an additional $25 per person. Brand new washer and dryer available for guests to use as well.

There will be reserved parking spot in the brewery parking lot directly next to the house and leading to the back patio area of the Century Home.

*Sandy Springs Brewing Co. is closed on Mondays & Tuesdays.

The Century Home is nestled in downtown Minerva, Ohio and next door to Sandy Springs Brewing Co.... in fact the master bedroom overlooks the beer garden where you can enjoy LIVE music in the summer! You will also be walking distance to the Historic Hart Mansion, The Normandy Inn, Que Pasa, Henri's Bridal Cloud Nine, Hollands Restaurant, two parks and much more! If you forgot some basic items, no worries! Kishmans IGA and Rite Aid are both about a block away. We have to mention that the beautiful Great Trail Golf Course is less than 2 miles away! You will be in awe of the beauty at this 27 hole, breathtaking and challenging golf course.

We’re a husband-and-wife team who own and operate Sandy Springs Brewing Company, along with two brewery-themed rentals next door. The Brewer’s Quarters is an 1800s historic studio loft with exposed brick and a luxurious shower and bed. The Century Home at SSBC is a fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home perfect for families and groups. We love sharing our spaces and small town with guests!
