Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat, located on the first floor of a multi-family property. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and refreshing living room, flooded with natural light. This inviting space boasts a dedicated dining area, a large and cozy sofa, and TV with streaming services.

We understand the importance of a reliable internet connection, especially for those who work remotely. That's why we've opted for high-speed fiber optic internet to keep you connected, ensuring you can easily attend to any professional matters or simply catch up on emails. There are three dedicated workspaces: 2 in the living room and another in one of the bedrooms.

In small, but fully equipped kitchen, you'll find an oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and a complete dinnerware set for up to 6 guests.

Each bedroom, along with the living room, is equipped with brand-new inverter AC units and ceiling fans to ensure optimal comfort during your stay. With blackout curtains, you can create a cozy and cool ambiance, ideal for relaxation and a restful night's sleep.

In cases of outages, the apartment is equipped with water and power backup (except ACs).

If traveling with little children, you will be glad to find a high chair, children's dishes and utensils, books, and a crib located in the master bedroom.

You'll enjoy the convenience of free parking on premises available upon request (note: if you have a large SUV (ex. 7-seater) it may not fit) as well as free street parking, which is usually abundant and hassle-free.

Welcome to the Santa Teresita Community, where our inviting apartment awaits you. Santa Teresita is a secure gated community next to the Ultimo Trolley beach. It is a mere 10-minute drive from the airport and a 15-minute drive to the historic Old San Juan.

Our property is located just 2 blocks or a 4-minute walk away from the beach. Nearby are
a supermarket carrying everything necessary, a specialized butcher with a range of high-end products and cuts, as well as Barbosa Park with a running track, basketball court, baseball field, and various group/private classes held there.

For those seeking a taste of local flavor, a short 15-minute walk will lead you to the thriving hub of Loiza street. This trendy hotspot has an array of restaurants and bars, charming coffee shops, and boutique stores.
