Susana was hospitable and caring! It is allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment, because we arrived before check-in.
Susana was constantly in touch with us, sent a detailed list of bars, restaurants and tapas bars where you can have a meal at any time and I was always ready to answer all our surveys and provide the necessary advice and guidance. It is very nice!
The apartment is located near the center, it is very quiet, clean and comfortable. particularly pleasant dinner at the big table on the balcony.
The apartment has everything you need wi-fi works fine.
We had a great time in Granada, thanks Susana!
We arrived a bit later than expected, but were still greeted with a smile, though not by Susana herself. Absolutely no instructions or advice were given to us about anything, the keys were handed off and that was that. The location of the apartment is great: quiet yet within a very walkable distance to everything, with a small supermarket and a café with very friendly staff and good prices within 5 minutes. The size of the place was perfect for our needs (2 + baby) and the elevator was welcome with our stroller. Mattress is VERY firm.
The biggest problem, and it's rather major considering the July heat, is that the AC wouldn't work properly. It would shut itself automatically after anywhere between 10 and 120 minutes, day or night, and the temperature inside never went below 26°, typically 28-29°, which beyond the obvious but liveable discomfort, had us worry about our baby. To Susana's credit, she did offer to reimburse the remaining days when we contacted her about the issue, but try finding something remotely comparable on such short notice.
All in all, it must be a great place to stay when the AC is working, but not in our case.
We did not meet the host, only a Spanish lady who knows zero word of English and was not at all helpful. She left us with the key and went to do grocery shopping. Angry and annoyed my husband called Susana and explain the situation only later Susana asked to pass the phone to that lady and probably asked her to show us where the apartment is. And the apartment is too complicated, the parking lot has it's own keys and very difficult to park our SUV as the space is funny and difficult to maneuver.
The lift is also funny, you have to use a special key to operate the lift and of course the Spanish lady didn't explain how the thing works! It took us almost two hours to figure things out before we even get in the apartment!
Apartment is okay but had too many furnitures. Only one room with double bed. Another room with single bed. The sofa bed is at the living hall and it's always open so it takes up a lot of (website hidden) is clean and very big but the sink is really small, enough to fit one person's utensils. To leAve the keys when we check out is another different story! We got lost just trying to get to our car.
I don't think this place is suitable for non Spanish speaking people, not really foreigner-friendly. Nice apartment but too complicated for our liking. It's a waste cos Granada is such a beautiful place.
